your "get ready for 2025" checklist
detailed breakdown and tutorial!
Am I the only one still in that holidays slump? 💀 Feels like I just wanna chill…
But I just spent the last 30 min planning for 2025 (gamifying my goals, time traveling to help my future self) that I feel recharged now.
I share my entire system in this video:
But if you want to see a simpler breakdown, check out my livestream later today (10am PT / 1pm ET) where we’ll plan our goals together!

Start learning AI in 2025
Everyone talks about AI, but no one has the time to learn it. So, we found the easiest way to learn AI in as little time as possible: The Rundown AI.
It's a free AI newsletter that keeps you up-to-date on the latest AI news, and teaches you how to apply it in just 5 minutes a day.
Plus, complete the quiz after signing up and they’ll recommend the best AI tools, guides, and courses – tailored to your needs.
Step 1: time travel
Create a vision board (and set it as your desktop background or phone background).
Create a wins document to look back on when you need confidence.
Step 2: vibe check your 2024
Rank how you feel about each life category (10 = did great, 1 = didn’t focus on it):
Growth (personal development, therapy, learning)
Career + finance (work, side hustles, budgeting, investing)
Creativity (hobbies, travel)
Health (sleep, diet, exercise)
Social (friends, family, relationships)
Reflect on previous goals.
Have intentional learnings for next year (I ended up doing all of these in the pic below).
Step 3: set up systems for 2025
This is what I’m going over in today’s livestream at 10am PT / 1pm ET: https://www.youtube.com/live/SUejIxW6gAs?si=VWjXfO5M49SATFfI
If you missed it, you can watch the recap!
I also explain this section in more detail (including my daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reflections) in the YouTube video shared at the beginning of this email.
