I shared how I went from being super shy to speaking in front of hundreds of people.

It’s a lot easier to write daily emails for my 30 day consistency challenge when I think about how it helps other people - one of my values.

Since I always go to the bathroom first when I wake up, I do my Duolingo while on the toilet.

That’s how I stacked a new habit on my existing one, to make it easier to be consistent.

My nighttime routine includes journaling and habit tracking, so it’s easier for me to do that every night before going to sleep.
