1. Turn it into a routine

I focused on measuring these 4 aspects of my physical health (which ended up improving my mental health):

  1. Time spent sleeping

  2. Time spent exercising

  3. Time spent in nature

  4. Cups of fruits/vegetables eaten

These are things I manually track and fill out in my Google Form habit tracker, which syncs to Google Sheets so I can analyze the data.

2. Remind yourself every day

I created this desktop background and look at it every day. That way, my health is always on my mind as my top priority.

It reminds me of my goals for the year:

  • Marathon training

  • Healthy food

  • Consistent gym routine

  • Time in nature

  • Time to relax and read
