Sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed

Here are my 3 best tips for sleeping well - because when I don’t get good sleep, I’m less productive.

Make sense of what matters in AI in minutes—minus the clutter

There’s so much AI hype going around, it’s overwhelming keeping up.

… And that’s assuming you’re following the stuff that actually matters.

Fortunately, there's The Deep View, a newsletter that sifts through all the AI-related noise for you.

It gives you 5-minute insights on what truly matters right now in AI, and it’s trusted by over 200,000 subscribers, including executives at Microsoft, Scale, and Coinbase.

1. Make your screen orange

I use Flux for this. At night, my screen turns orange, which helps me sleep better.

2. Get natural daylight

I have my blinds up all the time - so I get natural daylight from my windows all the time.

When the sun goes down, I naturally feel tired - because my body’s no longer getting daylight.

It’s got something to do with regulating your melatonin.

3. Use a sleep calculator to wake up at the right time

I use Sleep Calculator to wake up at times that complement my sleep cycles.

Sometimes, I’ll sleep 9 hours but wake up feeling tired - because I woke up in the middle of one of my cycles.

But I’ve used this sleep calculator to get 4 hours of sleep and still feel well-rested (4 hours of sleep is not recommended though 😅 I was just irresponsible at that time).
