how to cope with failure
practical example + mindset shift
“There are no bad choices. I learn from every choice I make.”
When a student from my life tracking course shared this, I was blown away.
I used to feel guilty over (completely reversible) choices.
Here’s an example of a recent “failure” I had…

I was scared to launch a new program
I always knew I loved talking about business and marketing, especially when it’s combined with productivity.
But I was scared to turn it into a program.
I didn’t want people to think:
“Oh it’s just another Instagram guru,
Who only makes money by selling courses on how to make money.”
I was even hesitant to launch my life tracking course.
But I got some feedback that changed my whole perspective.
“This course changed my life.”
“This was the only course I’ve ever finished. It had the most impact on my life.”
“I’m usually suspicious of Instagram gurus selling courses, but this course delivered.”
“Don’t be scared of sharing something you know can help others.”
I even hired a coach (for $6k 💀) who told me my systems - how to stay consistent with growing my business despite having ADHD - are unlike any other he’s seen.
And most importantly…
Someone told me this after I gave him some advice:
“If you don’t do this, you’re depriving the world of your knowledge.”
So I launched my ADHD content system program
Locked in and got everything done in less than 12 hours.
My landing page (including promo video): done ✅
Live workshop (including recording): done ✅
But…
0 ❌
(Yet.)
Part of the reason I didn’t want to launch was because this was one of my fears.
I thought,
“What if no one joins?”
Or
“What if only 1 person joins?”
I reframed my fears
I realized these fears were stopping me from just trying,
And giving myself the opportunity to learn.
If no one joins?
I’ll still have learned a lot about how to create high-ticket offers.
If only 1 person joins?
It becomes a custom coaching experience (which ends up being a great deal for them).
Reframing my fears into opportunities helped me achieve things I didn’t think were possible.
Because if you don’t try…you’ll never know what you’re capable of.

P.S. I still have a few days before the enrollment deadline (Jan 19) for my ADHD Content Systems program - now I feel excited to see if I can be creative and get sales by then, instead of fearing failure.
