Step 1: put next week’s dates in a doc

It could be in Notion or a spreadsheet.

Step 2: track an EASY habit

I’m marathon training right now.

I thought I had to prepare a fancy meal plan to hit my protein goals.

I procrastinated it for months…

Until I started tracking my protein intake.

The act of tracking made me get my act together haha.

Same with my hydration.

Just tracking how much water I had daily made me drink more.

Repeat :)

This is how I’ve tracked habits for my goals for over 2 years now.

Every time I track something, I become more intentional about it.
