Day 9 habit challenge: nighttime reflection questions

Welcome to day 9! I think this week might be the hardest week…the novelty of the challenge will have gone, and it can be easy to feel demotivated.

But don’t worry - I’m here to support you with daily reminders!

Yesterday, we learned about why you shouldn’t listen to me (catch up on previous posts here and leave a comment).

Today, I’ll share some reflection questions I ask myself at night, and how it helps me with my goals and habits.

I fill out a Google Form every night

It’s based on the goals I set in the beginning of the year, but you can make your Google Form anytime.

Each question on the form is related to a goal I have this year, to ensure my daily habits are on track.
