Day 4 of the habit challenge - so close to 1 week!

Yesterday, we learned how your values help you stay more consistent in your goals and habits (and if you’re a day late, don’t worry - catch up on yesterday’s post here and leave a comment).

Today, I’ll share how to create a consistent morning routine.

Morning routines help you stack habits

What’s the first thing you do every morning?

Mine is go to the bathroom.

But it’s hard to get out of bed…

Since I track my time 24/7, I force myself to get out of bed by changing the “sleep” timer to the “bathroom” timer.

I stack habits - I’ll do Duolingo while in the bathroom.

So you don’t need a 5 step morning routine or wake up at 5am.

It can be as simple as adding 1 new healthy habit to your existing routines.
