Day 24 habit challenge: making accountability fun

How to stay motivated

If you’re getting this email, you’re already implementing today’s habit consistency tip:

Making accountability fun with others.

P.S. yesterday, we learned the power of “no excuses” with a story from one of my clients. Catch up on previous posts here.

Have you ever done a study date or coworking session with a friend?

Then you know how it feels.

Sometimes, someone else’s presence motivates you to get things done.

Even if it’s something you don’t want to do…

Somehow, combining the boring work

With spending time with a friend

Makes it easier to do.

What’s a way you can make accountability fun after this 30 day challenge?

Examples:

  • Competitions with your friends to see who has the highest step count per day

  • Having study dates or coworking sessions with a clear task you want to accomplish by the end of it

  • Rewarding yourself with a treat after you accomplish something
