Day 15 habit challenge: turning values into action

Simple Notion template

Do you know your values?

How do they translate into your habits?

Today, I’ll share a Notion template to help you take action (habits) that align with your values.

P.S. yesterday, we learned about setting boundaries with yourself (catch up on previous posts here and leave a comment).

Are your actions in line with your values?

I listed out my values to reflect on:

  • What I’m doing in line with them

  • What I could do better for them

Here’s an example of my value of authenticity:

I made a simple Notion template you can duplicate to do the same.

Psst: it only takes 5 min to list out. Don’t put this off until tomorrow! You can even work on it while on the toilet.

P.S. you can try using GPT-4o to help you with prompts and other habit consistency tips. I downloaded the app yesterday and used it to practice languages (I “called” GPT to help me practice and the pronunciation was scarily accurate).

Translate your actions into daily habits

If your value is health, maybe you’d write “exercise more” as what you could do better.

To turn that into a habit, write “stretch every morning when I wake up” or “put on my running shoes when I wake up.”

I find that focusing on the first step (putting on running shoes) helps me get momentum to continue with the rest of the action (go for a run).

Were you consistent with your habits today?
