Day 12 habit challenge: streaks

Have you ever had a Snapchat streak? Or Duolingo streak?

Then you’ll know how hard it can be to give up…it feels like months or years of hard work down the drain.

And that’s what we’ll go over today.

P.S. yesterday, we learned about comparison (catch up on previous posts here and leave a comment).

Long streaks

Once you do something for long enough, it feels like a waste to break the streak.

So after 30 days of your habit challenge, hopefully it’ll feel like a “waste” to stop after 30 days - and you’ll want to keep going.

What’s something you do every day?

Try combining that with your habit.

Ex) you brush your teeth every day, but you want to exercise daily too. Try doing squats while you brush your teeth!
