Day 10 habit challenge: accountability

It’s day 10…things are getting harder now but today’s email will help!

Yesterday, we learned about daily reflection questions (catch up on previous posts here and leave a comment).

Today, I’ll share how to stay accountable in your goals and habits.

My friend is running a 100k today

Yes, you read that right. One HUNDRED kilometres (62 miles).

He committed to it publicly:

I did the same with my goals

I posted a vlog every day when I marathon trained.

When I stopped, people asked me where my daily vlog was 😅 

It forced me to stay accountable.

This year, another one of my friends is doing the same thing.

It can be as simple as “post an Instagram story” or “tell a friend” - even updating your journal counts.

And remember - it’s okay if you miss a day! Just try your best the next day.
